GiftMindAI provides a personalized digital gift recommendation report based on photos voluntarily uploaded by the user. After you share recipient photos and details, our system generates a preview of the first gift recommendation before payment. After payment confirmation, the full report containing three curated gift recommendations, including reasoning and contextual fit, is unlocked. GiftMindAI does not sell physical products. We provide digital analysis and recommendations only.
3. Digital Delivery
The first recommendation can be previewed through the website before payment. After successful payment, the full report is delivered through the website. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Payment must be successfully completed to unlock the full report. The first recommendation preview is available before payment. Prices are displayed clearly before checkout.
5. Refund Policy

6. User Responsibilities

GiftMindAI uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations based on visual pattern analysis. Results are suggestions and should not be treated as guarantees. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or outcomes resulting from the use of recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
GiftMindAI provides recommendations for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: • Dissatisfaction with recommendations • Indirect or consequential damages • Misuse of the service Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
